Erasmus+ KA2 project with the aim to improve quality assurance in transnational VET mobility coordinated by Europa Training UK.

Essenia UETP s.r.l.

Essenia UETP is a European University-Enterprise Association founded in 1991 through an agreement between universities and European enterprises supported by the COMETT programme of the EU. It operates in the sectors of international student mobility, professional training and youth policies, career guidance and consulting.

The association plays an active role in promoting EU programmes of cooperation, study and research in professional training and International work experience in collaboration with a variety of associations, institutions, agencies, universities and Italian and foreign economic operators. Their aim is to foster intercultural integration as well as innovation and know-how transfer.

Essenia UETP has obtained recognition from the Regione Campania (Education and Culture Office) as a “Body of regional significance” (L.R. 49/85), concerning activities of significant educational and cultural interest in the region of Campania (decision n.10047 of 13 /12/96) and it is accredited from the Regione Campania, as demonstrated in decision D.G. R. n. 39/27 of 27/08/02. The company is certified under ISO 9001:2008.

MOBILITY: Essenia UETP manages both incoming and outgoing mobility projects and it is one of the few Italian organizations awarded the “VET MOBILITY CHARTER” by the Italian NA Erasmus+ INAPP - a recognition reward to promote quality in mobility, enabling the organization to further develop its international strategy. One of Essenia UETP goals is to promote mobility in Europe in initial and continuing education: students, graduates and staff. Thanks to its participation in Erasmus+ the association provides internships in companies, organizations, public and private institutions in all professional sectors. The number of mobility participants is constantly increasing: from 688 for the period 1991-2010 to 1,372 from 2010 to 2016, a total of 2,060.

TRAINING: Essenia UETP has a longstanding experience in designing and implementing training courses on the following subjects: Tourism, Environment, Agriculture, Information Technology and Multimedia, Marketing & Communication, Culture, Tourism, Social and European Projects Planning and Management, International Cooperation. The training courses are addressed to: students, graduates in search for their first job, unemployed people trying to upgrade their CV or people looking for vocational retraining. Courses are held by highly qualified trainers selected from a network of partners both in Italy and abroad. Classroom activities are integrated with practical laboratories, international exchanges and internships as well as study training. 

CONSULTING: Essenia UETP offers consultancy services in order to support international mobility projects of third parties providing logistical support, procurement of placement, language training, cultural and pedagogical preparation, monitoring, tutoring, administrative formalities, paperwork, etc. It also provides assistance both to public and private entities in designing and managing EU funded projects, as well as in creating and managing partnerships at European, Italian and local level.

CAREER GUIDANCE: Essenia UETP realizes the matching activity between supply and demand to activate internships at companies within the European Programme - Youth Guarantee, promoting the entry into the world of work all young NEETs between 15 and 29. Essenia UETP can count on an extensive and reliable network of partners all over Europe, made up of public and private institutions, organizations, companies associations and organizations operating nationally and internationally.
