The Reference Framework for Sustainable Transnational VET Mobility will be a methodological document guiding the development of the Practice Kit (O2) and the Recommendations Booklet (O3). It will set up a series of quality indicators to assess, monitor and promote quality assurance and sustainability at all stages of VET mobility provision.
In the scope of STAYMOBIL project the Reference Framework will be prepared taking into consideration the quality control cycle and the 7 core subjects of social responsibility (SR) defined in ISO 26000 standard. The combination of quality cycle with all phases of mobility interlined with the 7 SR core subjects will make STAYMOBIL instruments innovative solutions for increasing quality assurance in transnational VET mobility.
The conceptual model of the Framework will lie on the 7 core subjects pertaining to SR for the reason that sending, receiving and intermediary organizations shall have a significant role in the promotion of social cohesion, as well as to pursuit financial sustainability and environmental responsibility in their actions.
For the purposes of STAYMOBIL project each of the core subjects in the standard including a range of issues of SR implementation and sustainable development contribution will be adapted to transnational VET mobility context, so as to allow sending, receiving and intermediary organizations to conscientiously and methodically manage and monitor their own impacts associated with each core subject within their sphere of influence.
The main aim of the Reference Framework will be to settle the conceptual baseline for the development of the Self-Audit Tool as part of the Practice Kit. It will give definition of quality indicators focused on transnational mobility context, embedded, whenever possible, with the 10 EQAVET Framework indicators, covering different aspects in the planning, organization, coordination, implementation, monitoring, certification and recognition of competences.
